Please review product details before ordering, as returns are not supported. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Handmade pieces may have slight marks or colour variations, which are not defects.
In general, you can expect your order to arrive within these timeframes:
Australia: 2–7 days
International: 7–35 days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company. We use AusPost for parcel tracking.

For international orders, please note that your home country may charge import fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are set by your government according to local import/export regulations, and Joyland is not responsible for any of them. If a parcel is returned to us because import taxes or customs duties were not paid, the refund will not include shipping or return costs.
